Due to an underlying issue on our hosting service (https://status.digitalocean.com/), HegartyMaths is experiencing issues utilising 3rd party software.

Student work, setting tasks and watching videos is NOT affected by this issue.

You may experience difficulties in receiving email reports or syncing classes until the issue is resolved.

The previous issue has been mitigated by Digital Ocean and our own engineers have not observed any failed connections since around 4pm. We are cautiously moving all status back to "operational" but will continue to monitor the situation.
